Nuiba First Post Sauvignon Blanc Blend 2024

Nuiba First Post 2024 is a characterful Stellenbosch blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, delivering layers of ripe fruit, citrus, and underlying complexity. Crafted with care by Suzanne Coetzee and her dedicated team, it is both a reflection of her artisanal approach and the outstanding South African terroir.

Taste
This South African white blend presents generous aromas of ripe stone fruit, accented by white peaches and subtle grassy undertones. On the palate, you’ll find lively green apple and citrus, supported by a soft mid-palate and a refreshing, gentle finish. There’s a touch of elegant oak influence, adding further complexity while allowing the wine’s natural fruit character and crisp acidity to shine through.

Producer
Nuiba is the passion project of Suzanne Coetzee, previously of Clos Malverne in Stellenbosch. The winery stands out for its artisanal focus: grapes are hand-harvested from Stellenbosch vineyards, with basket pressing and careful blending. The Semillon component is barrel-fermented and aged on the lees for 7 months, providing texture and depth. Unwooded Sauvignon Blanc is blended in to preserve purity and freshness. Nuiba’s small-scale, hands-on ethos sets it apart, as does Suzanne’s heritage - her wines are named in honour of her childhood on a Namibian cattle farm, bringing a unique sense of place to every bottle.

Awards & Critic Scores
The Nuiba First Post 2024 boasts a Vivino rating of 4.0 as of July 2025, marking it as a highly regarded choice among wine lovers. Previous vintages have been praised for their elegance and complexity, often earning strong critical acclaim for their layered fruit and balanced structure. With its consistent quality, Nuiba wines frequently receive positive recognition from both critics and consumers alike.
