The Cignomoro 6 Anime Puglia Rosso has a gorgeous, deep colour from which rise aromas of super ripe blackberries, blackcurrants, cherry, plums, and spicy, toasty vanilla oak. Powerful and intense, even at this tender age, it's soft and easy to love. The lush black fruits cover the firm structure perfectly, and the savoury notes of almonds, herbs, dry tannins and dusty minerals add complexity and make it food-friendly and age-worthy. Serve now with red meats, game birds or mushroom risotto, or cellar for a couple of years and enjoy its mellow charms on its own.
