About the Producer
Founded in 1626, Maison Trimbach is one of the worldâs great wine producers. From their base in Alsace, they craft some of the finest white wines on earth from varieties such as GewĂŒrztraminer, Pinot Blanc, and Riesling, a grape they are undisputed masters of. Today the house is under the leadership of the 12th and 13th generations of the family with Hubert Trimbach, his daughter Anne and his nephews Jean and Pierre at the helm. Together they manage a range of important vineyard holdings including several Grand Cru sites. Â Trimbachâs Rieslings are characterised by a combination of elegance and refinement, precision and power. Every care is taken to produce wines that are worthy of the family name and while they drink well young, they are capable of long ageing.
