Founded in 1979 through the union of the Plaisance, Aignan and Saint Mont cooperatives, Plaimont has grown into a powerhouse of South-West France. With over 800 growers, 5,300 hectares and 10 châteaux, it produces wines from Madiran, Saint Mont, Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh, Côtes de Gascogne and, since 2023, Jurançon.
