Domaine Giraudon Bourgogne Aligote 2023

Domaine Giraudon’s Bourgogne Aligoté comes from 5 hectares of carefully tended vineyards in Chitry-le-Fort. Hand-harvested and sustainably managed with controlled tillage, natural grassing, and short Guyot pruning, the grapes are vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve freshness and authenticity. The result is an Aligoté that is precise, lively, and reflective of its mineral-rich terroir.

Taste

Vibrant pale yellow in the glass, this Aligoté shows fresh, fruity aromas with a crisp mineral edge. The palate opens soft and approachable before unfolding into lively, lemony zest that lingers with a refreshing, elegant finish. Bright, clean, and expressive, it’s perfect on its own or paired with light seafood and summer dishes.

About the Producer
