About the Producer
Clément Lavallée is one of the rising stars of the new generation in Chablis. He began in 2019 with just 1.6 hectares of Chablis and subsequently added 5 hectares in Saint-Bris and Bourgogne Côtes d’Auxerre. In 2021, following his father’s retirement, he inherited further holdings, bringing the domaine to 14 hectares. Today, Clément is joined by his sister Caroline, and together they focus on producing vibrant, precise wines that express the unique character of Burgundy’s northern vineyards
